The price of a private office at The Villa Workspace starts at DKK 6,000 per month ex. VAT. The final price depends on the size of the office (2-12 desks) and its position in the house, and you receive it as a specific written quote after a viewing. We do not quote a price per desk, because an office is not a desk: you rent a room, and the price follows the room whether you put four or six desks in it.
Most importantly: the price is the whole price. Meeting rooms, internet, electricity, heating and operations are included, so the monthly price does not grow with small surcharges, as is otherwise the custom in this industry. That also makes it easy to calculate: you can hold the figure directly against what your current lease costs once rent, operations, internet and meeting facilities are added up. For most companies we speak to, the total difference turns out to be smaller than they expected.

What does an office hotel in Copenhagen typically cost?
The price depends on location, quality and what is included. With us, a private office starts at DKK 6,000 per month ex. VAT with meeting rooms, internet and operations included, so the number compares directly with your total office cost today. Many office hotels quote a low price per desk that assumes a seat in an open room, where a closed office costs considerably more.
Are there surcharges on top of the monthly price?
No. Meeting rooms, internet, electricity, heating, cleaning of shared areas and operations are included in the price. The only fixed optional extra is private parking. What you buy in the café is naturally your own. You get one monthly invoice, and it looks the same from month to month.
Are prices ex. or incl. VAT?
All prices are ex. VAT, as is standard for commercial leases. VAT is deductible for VAT-registered companies, so for most businesses the real cost is the figure excluding VAT. If you are unsure how that looks in your case, it is worth checking with your accountant.
How long is the commitment, and how do we terminate?
The terms are deliberately simple with a short commitment, so the office can follow the development of your business. The exact terms depend on the office size and are stated in the quote you receive in writing after the viewing. There are no hidden termination fees, and we go through the terms with you before anything is signed.
What if we outgrow the office?
Then you move internally within the house. With 30 offices from 2 to 12 desks, most companies can grow several times without changing address, and without double rent in the transition. It works the other way too: if you become fewer, there is usually a smaller office to move into at the next opportunity.
